I ordered a dress because the site clearly showed it was in stock, and I was counting on it for an event. A few days later, I got a message saying it was actually out of stock. Super frustrating and kind of felt like a bait and switch. If something isn’t available, the website should say that upfront instead of letting people place orders.

I tried to exchange an item, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. I kept thinking, okay, this should be simple, right? But replies took days, and the instructions weren’t exactly clear, so I was just sitting there trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next. Then I had to pay to send it back, which felt unfair since the sizing was off in the first place. I’m still waiting for everything to get sorted, and at this point, I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

For some reason, I really wanted to love this set because it looks super cute on and the style is exactly what I was hoping for.
After wearing it for a few hours though, the fabric started to feel kind of stiff and a little scratchy on me, especially around the waist. I expected it to feel softer for the price.
It’s not a total miss since it still looks nice, but I don’t find myself reaching for it much. I’d probably only buy it again if the material was softer.

I just dealt with a return recently, and it kind of soured my opinion of the whole experience. It felt like it took forever to process, and then the refund showed up later than expected too. Maybe it’s not always like this, but based on this last order, I’m not in a hurry to shop again.

I had an issue with my order and customer support basically kept sending me the same kind of replies over and over. It took way too long, and in the end, nothing really got sorted. Maybe this was just my experience, but if this is how they handle order problems, I wouldn’t feel comfortable shopping here again.

I keep ordering the same size, but every time it fits differently. One order feels fine, then the next one is tighter or looser, almost like it’s from a completely different..

I returned my order weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve emailed a few times, but the replies have been vague and haven’t really explained what’s going on. I understand returns can take a little time, and I’m not trying to be unreasonable, but it doesn’t feel fair to be left waiting this long for money that should be coming back to me. At this point, it’s just frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

When I first opened the site, I thought it looked cute and had a nice idea behind it. But after clicking around for a bit, the design started to feel a little too cluttered for my taste. Some pages looked fun and put together, while others felt kind of messy. I also had to dig around more than I expected to find things. It’s not awful, just not as clean or easy to use as I was hoping.

Then after just one wash, the shape looked kind of off. I also noticed a few loose threads in the stitching, which didn’t help. For the price, I expected a lot better. I don’t think I’d order again...

Customer service took a little longer to get back to me than I expected, which was kind of frustrating at first. But once they replied, they did help sort things out. Curious if other people had the same wait time or if it was just a busy day.

The item itself seemed fine, so I don’t want to be unfair, but the sizing didn’t match the chart in my case. It ran smaller than I expected, so I’d probably recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes.

The weird part is, my order arrived quickly, but it wasn’t what I picked at all. The size was wrong and the color was off too, so I’m frustrated. I was excited to use it, but now I have to deal with getting it fixed.

I ordered from Love Lola the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking and it just sat there barely moving for days. Come on now, nobody wants to keep refreshing tracking with no updates. I needed the item sooner, but it showed up much later than expected. Not the best first order experience

I ordered a dress from shoplovelola because the photos looked really cute, and it did look nice when it arrived. But for what I paid, I was expecting the quality to be better. The fabric felt a little cheap in person and the fit was just kind of okay, nothing amazing. Shipping was fine, so I’ll give them that, but I didn’t really feel like I got my money’s worth. I also didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I’ve learned with places like this it usually turns into a hassle and they don’t really do much anyway. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale.

One of the items had scuff marks from moving around inside during shipping. Overall, it was disappointing and made it feel like not much care went into the packaging.

It wasn’t a total disaster, but I wouldn’t call the shipping reliable based on my experience.
